SIMUWU’s top-and-bottom opposing-flow gas quenching furnace effectively eliminates these problems.
Compared to duct-based designs, this furnace employs symmetrically distributed high-pressure nozzles and a bidirectional opposing-flow (or periodic flow-reversal) configuration. These features offer superior cooling uniformity and minimal quenching deformation, while effectively achieving the critical cooling rates required for complex geometries and large-cross-section workpieces. Furthermore, the furnace’s exceptional temperature uniformity enables it to perform tempering operations as well.
