Introduction:
This furnace is widely used for vacuum dewaxing and sintering of metal injection molded products made of cemented carbide, oxide ceramics, carbide ceramics, stainless steel, powder metallurgy, iron-based, titanium alloys, alloy steel, and high-speed steel. Equipped with a dewaxing system, the equipment can complete dewaxing and sintering in one step, achieving high efficiency.
Main advantage:
1.Reduced Oxidation and Decarburization: Heating in a vacuum environment significantly reduces surface oxidation and decarburization, maintaining the workpiece’s surface quality.
2.Improved Mechanical Properties: A high temperature of 1600°C ensures temperature uniformity. Equipped with a highly accurate temperature control system, it meets the stringent temperature gradient requirements during silicon carbide sintering, improving product quality.
3.Energy-Saving and Safe: The rationally designed insulation layer provides excellent insulation, minimizing heat loss and lowering energy consumption. The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection systems to ensure smooth and safe operation.
4.Reduced Pollution: Since the process is carried out in a closed vacuum environment, contaminants in the environment are effectively prevented from adhering to the workpiece, resulting in a purer treatment result.
5.Environmentally Friendly: The vacuum sintering process emits virtually no harmful gases, minimizing environmental impact, making it a more environmentally friendly heat treatment method.

Heating element: High purity graphite
The heating chamber consists of an outer frame, insulation, heating elements, a feed table, and a graphite material container. The graphite heating elements offer excellent high-temperature resistance, reaching a maximum operating temperature of 1600°C. Their circular arrangement ensures excellent temperature uniformity. The insulation layer is a graphite felt screen, a circular structure composed of a composite of hard and soft graphite felt, providing excellent insulation and minimal heat loss.
2.Vacuum system
Well-known domestic and foreign vacuum pump brands, such as EVP, Leybold, etc., are matched according to customer needs.
3.Control system
The equipment’s PLC and electrical components utilize a SIEMENS S7-1200 programmable controller, capable of detecting and issuing alarms for any anomalies during operation, enabling fully automated control.
The temperature controller is an internationally renowned Eurotherm temperature controller. Its control accuracy reaches ±0.5‰ F.S. It offers a wide range of functions, including no fewer than 20 (expandable) temperature/time settings, intelligent PID control, and automatic switching of heating control channels.
All low-voltage components are Siemens, and terminals are from international brands such as Phoenix Contact. Their quality, performance, and workmanship are highly reliable, minimizing control system failure rates.
The dewaxing system consists of dewaxing tanks, pipes, valves, etc.

After-Sales and Acceptance Services
After the completion of production, the manufacturing plant will conduct factory acceptance test, including:
1.Ultimate vacuum test
2.Pressure rise rate test
3.Inspection of the completeness of all equipment systems
After the equipment is delivered to the user’s site, site acceptance test will be carried out, including:
1.Overall installation
2.Overall debugging
3.User training
4.Document handover
Warranty
The warranty period is one year from the date of final acceptance. It covers non-human-damaged components (excluding consumables/wear parts), as well as manual maintenance services and transportation costs incurred during the warranty period.
