Introduction:
This furnace type is mainly used for the reactive sintering, pressureless sintering, recrystallization sintering, and isostatic pressing sintering of silicon carbide ceramic products. It can also be applied to the sintering of other ceramic products such as silicon nitride. Sintering can be performed in a vacuum environment or under a protective atmosphere by gas filling. The equipment can be equipped with a binder removal and dust removal system, enabling the integration of binder removal and sintering in one process, thus achieving high work efficiency.
Main Adavantage
1.Reducing oxidation and decarburization: Heating in a vacuum environment can significantly reduce oxidation and decarburization on the material surface, thus maintaining the surface quality of the workpiece.
2.Enhancing mechanical properties: A high temperature of 2400℃, combined with guaranteed furnace temperature uniformity and a highly accurate temperature control system, meets the strict temperature gradient requirements during the silicon carbide sintering process, thereby improving product quality.
3.Energy efficiency and safety: The insulation layer is reasonably designed with excellent heat retention performance, which reduces heat loss and lowers energy consumption. The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection systems to ensure stable and safe operation of the equipment.
4.Reducing pollution: Since the processing is carried out in a closed vacuum environment, it can effectively prevent pollutants in the environment from adhering to the workpiece, thereby achieving a purer processing effect.

Heating chamber is composed of a stainless steel frame, heat insulation layer, heating elements, insulation components, and a furnace bed. The graphite heating elements exhibit excellent high-temperature resistance, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 2400℃. The furnace temperature uniformity is excellent, and the insulation layer is sufficiently thick, ensuring good heat retention performance.
2.Vacuum system
Well-known domestic and foreign vacuum pump brands, such as EVP, Leybold, etc., are matched according to customer needs.
3.Control system
The equipment’s PLC and electrical components utilize a SIEMENS S7-1200 programmable controller, capable of detecting and issuing alarms for any anomalies during operation, enabling fully automated control.
The temperature controller is an internationally renowned Eurotherm temperature controller. Its control accuracy reaches ±0.5‰ F.S. It offers a wide range of functions, including no fewer than 20 (expandable) temperature/time settings, intelligent PID control, and automatic switching of heating control channels.
All low-voltage components are Siemens, and terminals are from international brands such as Phoenix Contact. Their quality, performance, and workmanship are highly reliable, minimizing control system failure rates.

Warranty
The warranty period is one year from the date of final acceptance. It covers non-human-damaged components (excluding consumables/wear parts), as well as manual maintenance services and transportation costs incurred during the warranty period.
