Introduction:
Vertical structure PIT type Gas Nitriding Furnace is a periodic-operation heat treatment electric furnace, mainly used for gas nitriding of steel parts and auto parts. Thanks to the adoption of ultra-lightweight energy-saving furnace lining materials and an advanced integrated water-cooled sealed furnace fan, this series of nitriding furnaces features uniform furnace temperature, fast heating, excellent heat preservation, uniform nitrogen potential atmosphere, and uniform nitrided layers. Even when the furnace pressure increases, there is no leakage whatsoever.

1.Uniform and Stable Nitriding Quality
The vertical structure of the pit-type furnace body ensures uniform distribution of the temperature field and gas atmosphere inside the furnace, making it suitable for overall nitriding of long and slender workpieces such as long shafts and cylinders. Workpieces are usually hung vertically by lifting tools, which reduces mutual shielding between workpieces, ensures full contact between the surface of each part and the nitriding gas, and guarantees consistency in the depth, hardness, and structure of the nitrided layer.
2.Adaptable to Large and Long Workpieces with Strong Versatility
The vertical depth design of the pit-type furnace allows it to easily accommodate large-length workpieces such as long shafts, lead screws, and cylinder barrels. It is suitable for nitriding treatment of various materials and can meet the surface strengthening needs of key parts such as gears, crankshafts, and molds in the automotive, machinery, aerospace, and other fields.
3.High Process Controllability, Suitable for Mass Production
The nitrogen concentration on the workpiece surface and the depth of the nitrided layer can be precisely controlled by adjusting ammonia gas flow, decomposition rate, temperature, and holding time to meet the performance requirements of different parts. The furnace has high space utilization and can process multiple workpieces at one time, making it suitable for mass production. It can be connected with production lines to improve production efficiency.
4.Excellent Structural Sealing Performance and High Safety
The furnace cover and furnace body adopt a sealed structure, which can effectively prevent leakage of nitriding gas, ensuring process stability while reducing potential safety hazards

1.Heating Furnace Body: The furnace shell is made of high-quality A3 carbon steel as a single-layer shell with a thickness of 4mm. It has sufficient strength and rigidity to bear the weight of internal furnace components and workpieces while maintaining its geometric shape. It features a novel appearance, an elegant design, and a neat structure.
2.Temperature Control Mode: Equipped with Xiamen DeDian 0.2-class temperature control module and PID intelligent temperature control. It has an over-temperature alarm and power-off function, as well as a timing function. After reaching the set temperature, the system automatically switches to heat preservation; when the preservation time ends, it automatically powers off and triggers an alarm.
Temperature Control Accuracy: ±0.2℃
Furnace Temperature Uniformity: ±5℃
Installation Environment Requirements:
1.Indoor use.
2.Ambient temperature range: 5°C-40°C.
3.The monthly average maximum relative humidity in the operating area must not exceed 85%, and the monthly average temperature must not exceed 35°C.
4.The area must be free of conductive dust, explosive gases, or corrosive gases that can severely damage metal and insulation.
5.No significant vibration or turbulence.
6.The altitude must not exceed 1500 meters.

After the completion of production, the manufacturing plant will conduct factory acceptance test, including:

After the equipment is delivered to the user’s site, site acceptance test will be carried out, including:
1.Overall installation
2.Overall debugging
3.User training
4.Document handover
Warranty
The warranty period is one year from the date of final acceptance. It covers non-human-damaged components (excluding consumables/wear parts), as well as manual maintenance services and transportation costs incurred during the warranty period.
