SIMUWU vacuum furnaces are shipped as complete, fully assembled units, featuring outer packaging that is both intact and robust. The overall protective packaging measures are executed with exceptional thoroughness, ensuring comprehensive, high-standard protection for both the main body of the equipment and its various precision components. All ancillary systems and loose spare parts are individually packed in separate solid-wood crates; these are organized into neat sections and securely reinforced to minimize—to the greatest extent possible—the risk of damage, abrasions, or loss resulting from bumps, collisions, or compression during long-distance transit.

The exterior of the main furnace body is fully encased in a thick layer of protective stretch wrap and further reinforced with specialized cushioning pads to provide shock absorption. Furthermore, all internal wiring and tubing are individually sheathed in abrasion-resistant, flame-retardant flexible tubing for added protection. This comprehensive packaging strategy not only effectively safeguards the entire unit during long-distance transit, as well as during loading, unloading, and transfer operations, but also prevents friction and chafing between the cables and the machine body. By eliminating potential issues such as paint abrasion and surface scratches at the source, we ensure that the equipment arrives at the customer’s site in pristine cosmetic condition, with its performance entirely unimpaired.
