Recently, SIMUWU completed the production of the RVGQ-9915 vacuum gas quenching furnace and shipped it to South Korea.

This RVGQ-9915 vacuum gas quenching furnace has an effective working area of 900*900*1500 mm. Equipped with a three-stage Leybold diffusion pump, it achieves an ultimate vacuum of 6.7*10-4 Pa; the maximum gas quenching pressure can reach 6 Bar; and it enables rapid quenching: reducing the temperature from 1200℃ to 150℃ in just 6 minutes.
