Regarding the core theme of this exhibition—dies—SIMUWU has been deeply involved in research and development for many years. Dies endure high-temperature stamping and forging wear, making them prone to cracking, deformation, and wear, directly impacting product precision and lifespan. Vacuum heat treatment furnaces are core equipment for improving die performance. Through quenching, tempering, and carburizing processes in a vacuum environment, the hardness of die steel can be uniformly increased, oxidation and decarburization eliminated, heat treatment deformation reduced, and the wear resistance, toughness, and corrosion resistance of the die significantly enhanced, extending its service life and reducing the cost of die replacement and repair for enterprises. It is an indispensable supporting equipment for high-end die processing.

Adhering to the brand philosophy of “Pursuing Excellence Through Innovation and Striving for Excellence,” the SIMUWU technical and sales team provided one-on-one support to visiting business partners, engaging in multi-level and in-depth professional exchanges with attending clients. Regarding core topics such as mold vacuum heat treatment, gas quenching/oil quenching equipment selection, customized process solutions, equipment stability, production cost optimization, and long-term cooperation, we meticulously explained the technical advantages of our equipment and simultaneously broke down and implemented solutions to address the actual production pain points of our clients.
