Vacuum aluminum brazing is a precision aluminum component joining process that utilizes magnesium vapor from the brazing filler metal to break down the oxide film on the aluminum surface, achieving corrosion-free, highly airtight, and extremely clean connections without the use of any chemical fluxes. Compared to traditional aluminum brazing, its products exhibit extremely high airtightness and quality. The vacuum environment eliminates gas interference, resulting in an extremely dense weld with virtually no porosity or leakage risk. In recent years, vacuum aluminum brazing has been primarily used in aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, automotive radiators, automotive air conditioning evaporators, condensers, radar network antennas, and waveguides.
