2. Dynamic Reciprocating Flow Pattern

Its core strength lies in its precise, dynamic airflow control system. During the critical quenching phase, the cooling medium is no longer restricted to a single direction; instead, a pre-programmed sequence executes a high-frequency alternating cycle of “top-in, bottom-out” and “bottom-in, top-out” flow patterns. This reciprocating, counter-flow configuration completely eliminates the cooling “dead zones” and temperature gradients inherent in traditional unidirectional systems, allowing the high-pressure gas stream to penetrate every crevice of the workpiece as if providing a “360-degree embrace.” Through this dynamic equilibrium, the equipment achieves exceptional cooling linearity, ensuring that the heat transfer coefficient remains virtually uniform across every surface of complex structural components.
