On February 27, 2026, our company successfully completed the production, inspection, and shipment of the high-temperature vacuum brazing RHVB-446H furnace for our Vietnamese customer. The product has been loaded into containers and shipped as planned, marking the official start of the delivery phase for this project.

Technical Specifications and Versatile Applications

The products shipped this time are manufactured in strict accordance with industry standards and customer technical requirements, undergoing multiple quality inspection stages to ensure stable performance and reliable quality. They comply with standards GB/T 19001-2016 idt ISO 9001:2015. The ultimate vacuum reaches 6.59 x 10⁻⁴ Pa, the pressure rise rate is 0.172 Pa/H, and the maximum temperature can reach 1300℃. The heating element uses molybdenum heating, suitable for vacuum brazing of stainless steel, high-chromium alloys, copper, titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, and hard alloys. Typical brazed products include various stainless steel plate heat exchangers, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) systems, diamond tools, and optical instruments.

Siemens PLC-Based Automated Control System

The operation control of this equipment is completed by a Siemens S7-1200 programmable controller. The vacuum pump, valves, heating power supply, and cooling fan are interlocked for protection. It can identify and alarm for abnormalities during equipment operation, achieving fully automatic control.

All low-voltage components are from international brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Phoenix Contact, ensuring high reliability in quality, performance, and workmanship. This reduces the failure rate of the control system. In the event of component failure after long-term use, users can quickly select the appropriate replacement, further mitigating losses caused by the malfunction.

High-Reliability Components and Eurotherm Precision Control

The temperature controller uses the Eurotherm 2604 model. Its control accuracy reaches ±0.5‰F.S, helping users achieve higher process standards. This temperature controller boasts powerful communication and expansion capabilities, enabling at least 20 (expandable) temperature/time settings, intelligent PID control, automatic switching of heating control channels, and many other functions.
