Introduction:
Vacuum gas quenching furnace is a kind of equipment used for heat treatment of metal materials, which is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, mold manufacturing and other fields. Vacuum gas quenching technology combines vacuum technology and gas cooling technology. The working principle is to heat the metal material in a vacuum environment and then quickly cool the material by injecting inert gas (usually nitrogen or argon). The vacuum environment can effectively prevent the oxidation of the material surface, while the rapid cooling helps to form a uniform organizational structure, thereby improving the strength, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the material.Applied materials: Cr5Mo1V, Z160CDV12, 40Cr, Cr12, D2, GCr15, 20CrMo, Z230KDWVC, 316L, 18Ni300, etc.

The heating chamber is composed of a stainless steel frame, a thermal insulation layer, a heating element and an insulating part, and a furnace bed. According to customer requirements, different materials are selected in different scenarios, up to 1300℃, to ensure furnace temperature uniformity, thermal insulation and sustainable use of heating elements.
Vacuum system
Use well-known domestic and foreign brands of vacuum pumps, such as EVP, Leybold, Agilent, etc., according to customer needs.
Control system
●Network system, support network remote control and data transmission functions.
●Remote fault diagnosis, remote process debugging, etc.
●Support software upgrades.
The action control of the equipment is completed by Siemens PLC S7-1200, which can judge and alarm the abnormalities that occur during the operation of the equipment to achieve full automatic control.
Other systems
Our temperature measurement system uses a nine-point temperature measurement method to accurately monitor the temperature of the product in real time, ensuring that the furnace temperature uniformity is maintained at ±3℃ – ±5℃; the pneumatic system can be automatically controlled by the touch screen to achieve pneumatic control of the entire gas circuit; the inflation system can be adjusted once and no longer needs to be adjusted, and the on and off is achieved through the solenoid valve, which is simple and convenient and easy to adjust; equipped with a water cooling system, mainly used to control the temperature of the furnace body, vacuum pump, and heating electrode to maintain the normal operation of the vacuum furnace.
