Vacuum diffusion welding

Diffusion welding definition:

A solid – phase welding method for connecting the same or different materials. The welding temperature is 60% of the thermodynamic temperature of the melting point of the base material. By means of the pressure applied to the welded parent material and the creep deformation of the parent material, the hole caused by initial micro-convex and concave at the contact interface of the two welded parent materials can be eliminated and close contact can be formed. The metallurgical bonding of two parent materials is formed at the contact interface by means of long time thermal insulation, atomic diffusion and recrystallization.

Low welding temperature (solid phase welding);
High welding strength (homogeneous connection can reach or exceed the strength of the base material);
