How does a vacuum furnace convert heat
The vacuum furnace forms a vacuum environment with negative pressure inside the closed furnace body and fills the body with heat water. Heat the water by burning or otherwise heating it, then evaporating it – condensing it into a heat exchanger, which heats the water that needs to be heated.

The working principle of the vacuum boiler: using the characteristics of low boiling point of water under low pressure, the heat medium water filled in the closed furnace body is heated rapidly, so that the heat medium water boils and evaporates into high temperature water vapor, and the water vapor condenses on the heat exchanger tube to heat the cold water in the heat exchanger tube to achieve the purpose of supplying hot water.

The heat medium water in the vacuum boiler is a high purity water which has been specially treated by deoxidizing and descaling. The water is filled in the first time before leaving the factory. When it is used, it is closed in the inner circulation of the unit (vaporization, condensation and vaporization).
