I. introduction to quenching process:

Ii. Purpose of quenching:
The purpose of quenching is to make the supercooled austenite undergo martensite or bainite transformation, obtain martensite or bainite tissue, and then cooperate with tempering at different temperatures to greatly improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance, fatigue strength and toughness of steel, so as to meet the different requirements of various mechanical parts and tools. Also can satisfy some special steel by quenching of ferromagnetic, corrosion resistance and other special physical and chemical properties. The quenching process is mainly used for steel parts. When commonly used steel is heated to above a critical temperature, the original tissue at room temperature will all or most transform into austenite. Then rapid cooling in the steel immersed in water or oil, austenite into martensite. Martensite has the highest hardness as compared to other tissues in steel. The purpose of the quenching of the steel is to achieve a high hardness and then tempering at an appropriate temperature to give the workpiece the desired properties in order to have its tissues fully or largely transformed into martensite.
Iii. Purpose of quenching furnace:
The hardened furnace series is widely used in mechanical manufacturing, and mechanical parts, especially in cars, planes, ships and so on are almost all tempered with quenching heat. Quenching furnace can be used for auto parts, airplane parts, ax-classes, gears, sprockets, bolts, and steel parts quenching and heating, and the quench tank can be used for heating and quenching and cooling, and the system reaches high quality and quenching.
Iv. Working mode of the quenching furnace:
