Vacuum hot pressing furnace is widely used in powder metallurgy, ceramic material and cemented carbide. Vacuum hot-pressing furnace is in a vacuum or inert gas protection under the condition of the material of hot pressing forming complete sets of equipment, mainly USES the resistive heating or induction heating, driven by oil cylinder pressure head under pressure, in order to obtain dense structure, high density and high strength.

Technical features:

Vacuum hot pressing furnace is horizontal, single room, cold wall and horizontal preloading structure.

    • In addition to loading unloading, all other processes are fully automatic, digitized, intelligent and without manual intervention.
    • The equipment is equipped with a rapid cooling system of external circulation under the pressure of 2bar-15bar gas, so as to ensure the fast cooling and efficient operation of the workpiece.
    • The equipment can not only work in a vacuum state, but also can be placed in the “positive pressure” atmosphere of H2 state and Ar state, and for CuZnSn powders, etc.
    • The pressure quality of similar molding material is better.
    • The heat field of the pressurized chamber is calculated by thermal simulation, with a very high temperature uniformity, the configuration of the heating element and the insulation layer adopt the modular optimization.
    • The pressurized chamber shall be equipped with the structure of the pressure machine of the frame, the upper and lower parts of each individual or multiple hydraulic cylinders, and the upper and lower pairs shall be accurately positioned in both directions.the precision of the head plane manufacturing can be as high as plus or minus 5.
    • Equipped with Germany imported pressure sensor and weighing machine to ensure precision control of output pressure precision.
    • Configure the German pressure displacement monitor to ensure precision control of displacement stroke accuracy.
    • At 2400 ℃ high temperature state press head constant pressure time can be up to 12 hours, and fully achieve the high precision pressure maintenance.
    • The computer interface of pressure value and displacement is given in real-time digital and curve double display.
    • Pressurized mode can choose one-way pressure and two-way pressure.
    • Pressure control mode: hydraulic motor servo control or proportional valve flow control.
    • Thermal field can choose graphite insulation screen and full metal thermal shield.
    • Loading pressure can choose 30T, 50T, 100T, 200T, 400T, 500T, 800T, 1000T, 2000T.
    • Furnace temperature can choose 1500 ℃, 1800 ℃, 2000 ℃, 2300 ℃, 2400 ℃ and 2500 ℃.
  • The pressure head material can be selected isostatic pressure graphite and TZM alloy.
