Equipment manufacturing process characteristics:
- The production process of degreasing, preheating, sintering and fast cooling in the same furnace is completed in one time, which greatly improves production efficiency and product quality.
- It can be carried out in argon, nitrogen and reductive gas to protect lower pressure sintering and reduce the loss of elemental volatilization.
- The directional pressure difference airflow is degreased, and the effect of degreasing is enhanced. There is no fat dead Angle in the furnace, and the degreasing is more complete.
Equipment structure design features:
- Using graphite, molybdenum, tungsten and tantalum as heating body and thermal shield according to the temperature and process requirements. The heating body can be divided into multiple zones. Independent temperature control in each region, programmable PID adjusting temperature is accurate and uniform.
- Special degreasing sealing box and grease trap, no inner furnace wall, thermal insulation screen and heating body pollution, degreasing and concentrated fat are more effective, and special sealing box is helpful to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature.
- Pneumatic flow control, pressure control device in the furnace, realize micro-negative constant pressure sintering, inhibit metal volatilization loss, improve product compactness and quality.
- Accurate and reliable humanized graphics operation interface (man-machine to touch screen) and simulated operation screen.
